Shipping policy
We partnered with FedEx, UPS, and a reliable network of LTL carriers for deliveries within the lower 48 United States. Once your order ships from our U.S. warehouse, you will receive a shipping notification email with a link to a partner carrier's website for 24/7 online tracking.
If UPS is the selected carrier for your order, UPS will place your shipment inside your garage if you are home at the time of delivery. If you are away at the time of delivery, UPS will leave your order outside of your home.
You can register for UPS My Choice for free and get more visibility into your shipment.
UPS My Choice allows you to:
- Tell the driver where to leave your package.
- Receive delivery alerts and photos.
- Change the delivery date or location.
- View the estimated time for delivery.
- Follow shipments as they move toward their destinations.
Prepare For Your Delivery
- Deliveries require a person 18 years of age or older to be home at the time of the delivery.
- For orders involving large or heavy boxes, you’ll want to have at least two able-bodied people present to move your order.
- Check the weather forecast on the day of delivery and have a tarp ready to protect boxes from the inclement weather.
