DESIGN STUDIO
Get your garage transformation project off the ground with free design services from one of our design experts. Fill out our design form and tell us about your space and storage needs. Your direction will help us mock up a design tailor-made to your space.
How it Works
- Fill out the Design Studio form (requires a free Support Hub account).
- Once submitted, a garage organization designer will be assigned to your project.
- The designer will mock up one concept based on your specifications along with costs.
- You will be notified by email when your design is posted to your Support Hub account.
- You can provide feedback on your design within your Support Hub account.
- Once final, a custom link will be provided for you to complete your purchase.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We partnered with UPS Ground for deliveries within the lower 48 United States.
UPS will place your shipment inside your garage if you are home at the time of delivery. If you are away at the time of delivery, UPS will leave your order outside of your home.
When your order ships from one of our U.S. warehouses, you will receive a shipping notification email that will include a UPS tracking number.
You can register for UPS My Choice for free and get more visibility into your shipment.
UPS My Choice allows you to:
- Tell the driver where to leave your package.
- Receive delivery alerts and photos.
- Change the delivery date or location.
- View the estimated time for delivery.
- Follow shipments as they move toward their destinations.
Prepare For Your Delivery
- Deliveries require a person 18 years of age or older to be home at the time of the delivery.
- For orders involving large or heavy boxes, you’ll want to have at least two able-bodied people present to move your order.
- Check the weather forecast on the day of delivery and have a tarp ready to protect boxes from the inclement weather.

INSTALLATION
We've got great news if you are not handy or lack the time to set up your garage storage system. We partnered with a national installation company that will assign an installation professional to set up your garage storage units. Installation services are a paid-for service.
Installation services can include:
- Unboxing
- Assembly
- Installation
- Debris consolidation (not removal)

FINANCING
Buy Now and Pay Later
Shop Pay offers you the option to pay in full at checkout or to split your purchase into regular payments with Shop Pay Installments.
