Step 3: Start Your Free Garage Design Consultation!
Click on “Start a Free Design Consultation” to open the Design Studio form:
Then, fill in the form with the info you’ve gathered:
- Name
- Phone number & email address
- 1, 2, or 3-car garage
- Length, height & width of space
- Photo
- Timeline
- Budget
- Additional info (where obstacles are within the space, personal needs, goals, concerns, etc.)
Before you hit submit, take 30 seconds to tell us what you want to do with your garage space. This is where your design gets personal.

Step 4: Wait for a User Activation Email from Us!
You’ll get a user activation email from us. Click the link, create your password, and you’re in.
From there, Support Hub is where you’ll track your Design Studio ticket, add comments, upload extra photos, and update details if you forgot something (it happens). It’s also where your designer will ask questions and where you’ll reply, so it’s worth bookmarking.
Step 5: Review, Tweak & Approve
After you submit your form, a garage organization designer is assigned to your project. They’ll build one concept based on the info you’ve provided. You’ll get an email when the design is ready, and you’ll be able to interact with it in the Support Hub.
Want changes? Just reply with notes, like:
